All the Right Moves Yoga, Pilates and Dance Conditioning

Like the title says, this unique workout combines elements from various movement disciplines to engage deep muscles, increase endurance and enhance flexibility. Instructor, Grace Lazenby begins with yoga poses for a stretching warm-up then challenges you with Pilates and ballet inspired moves, both standing and on the mat. Some moves require a body bar (you can substitute a chair) and a 7-inch ball. This routine is best for those with some prior familiarity with yoga and Pilates.
