MTV Pilates

MTV jumps on the Pilates bandwagon with this workout complete with youthful presenters and techno background music. Certified Pilates instructor Kristin McGee does a good job motivating and cueing you through the moves, including classic Pilates exercises such as the hundred, rolling like a ball and the saw. It is especially challenging to the abdominals, back and torso collectively known as the bodys core. Its a fun, effective, up-beat approach to Pilates exercise.
