New York Style Pilates Level 2 Intermediate

This new series of exercise videos holds true to the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, as practiced in his New York studio. The Level 1 video offers a 45 minute beginners workout that introduces you to the Pilates principles. Once youve mastered that, you can progress to the 60 minute, Level 2, intermediate program. The Level 3 routine is more intense for advanced exercisers and includes a 50 minute program followed by 13 minutes of standing exercises using a Flexband and Pilates Pole.
