Group Reformer Classes

With the advent of smaller, less-costly Pilates Reformers such as the Allegro, more and more fitness clubs are adding group Reformer Pilates classes to their Pilates roster. Ideally each participant has some experience on a Reformer prior to joining a group class so they are familiar with the adjustable ropes, pulleys, springs and carriage system.
