Mary Bowen
Mary Bowen is a Jungian psychoanalyst who trained under Joseph and Clara Pilates. One of the revered disciples of the method, she has studios in Connecticut and Massachusetts where she teaches and trains
instructors in "authentic" Pilates.
After forty-plus years, she still takes one Pilates class a week herself to remain fresh and focussed on her form. She is an active member of the
Pilates Method Alliance.
