Pilates
Sessions for 2-4 Students
Sometimes called duets, trios and quads, these small group Pilates sessions are a little more economical per participant than a private Pilates lesson, but still allows for plenty of individual assessment, guidance and monitoring. Various mat and equipment exercises can be approached in these sessions, making for a kind of circuit training.

Participants should be at a similar level of Pilates understanding and ability, but a good instructor should be able to offer modifications and variations to accommodate different levels of students in one small group class.
